HOW DOES IT WORK?
Every month your VIP Membership payment of $250 will be charged to your card on file and the total will be credited to your MD SKIN LAB Wallet. You can then use your Wallet on absolutely anything in the office: Skincare, treatments, and even gift cards. Every payment you put into your membership is yours to use or gift in any way you want! If you want a service that is over your Wallet, all you have to do is pay the difference while still receiving your selected membership pricing.
DO MY MD SKIN LAB WALLET EXPIRE?
No. Your total wallet amount will be rolled over to the next month and will be banked in your Wallet. All membership perks will apply as long as you continue your VIP membership.
DO I STILL GET MY DISCOUNTS WHEN YOU RUN SPECIALS OR OFFER PACKAGE PRICING?
Yes. As a VIP Member, you will always receive the most value. We will add your discount on top of all sales, specials, and package pricing.
CAN I CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime after the initial 6 month contract requirement. Any remaining fund can be used toward any treatment or product offered at MD Skin Lab. Termination prior to the intial 6 months can be requested anytime but will result in a one month membership cancellation fee of $250.
